福岡県・博多今泉エリアの玄関口、国体通りと天神西通りの交差点に建つ”URBAN BLD TENJIN”。地域コミュニティーの拠点となり得るこの場所にエンターテインメント、ライフスタイルを提供する商業テナントビルを計画する事で、日常の生活を”豊かに・元気に”変えていく。
The entrance to Fukuoka Prefecture’s Hakata・Imaizumi Area stands “URBAN BLD TENJIN”. It is at the intersection between Kokutai Street and Tenjin West Street. As the building is a strong location for the local community, we proposed that the commercial tenant building provide entertainment and lifestyle-type businesses to improve the everyday life and a more lively, flourishing area.
