This bistro serves traditional Basque cuisine (Northern Spain) and charcuterie (prepared meats). Craft beer can also be enjoyed at this four-sided counter bistro. The high-counter is made of deeply carved wood which brings a sense of comfort and sense of anticipation. The open kitchen creates liveliness and a fun, enjoyable atmosphere. The use of steel and Edison lamps adds an antique quality, furthermore emphasizing the quality of the cuisine.
