UNIQLOが展開するTシャツ専門の旗艦店。UTでは500柄以上ものTシャツがペットボトルに入れられて販売されている。ペットボトルはまるでコンビニのドリンクコーナーのようにリーチイン什器に整然と並べられ、すべての柄とサイズを簡単に手に取ることができる。ペットボトルに入れて販売することで、店員の折り畳んできれいに陳列するというオペレーションを開放し、人員の削減にも貢献している。
The T-shirt specialty store which represents UNIQLO. More than 500 patterns of T-shirts are sold at UT. Each T-shirt is rolled up and placed into small plastic containers. These containers are displayed orderly in a stainless-framed case, like products in a refrigerator at a convenience store. Customers choose merchandise by their pattern and size with ease. Selling the T-shirts in bottles reduces the time the staff needed to fold and layout the T-shirts, reducing operating costs.
